Tanja Mikolcic asks about your needs and schedules an appointment. She requests a deposit to confirm the booking and block the date and time for you.
Appointment reminder
The day before the photo shoot, Tanja Mikolcic checks in with you to confirm the photo shoot for the next day

Day of the photo session
Weather check
One hour before the photo shoot, Tanja Mikolcic contacts you to discuss any weather-related concerns.
Preparation
The client prepares any further details (Preparation Checklist).
Photo shoot takes place
Time to shine!
Payment
The client pays the remaining balance for the booked session including possible overtime (before Tanja Mikolcic leaves the location of the session).
After the photo session
Photo Preparation
Tanja Mikolcic sorts out and prepares the photos of the photo session. This will happen as soon as possible (up to 7 days)
Delivery Preview Photos
You’ll receive your preview photos with watermark over a dropbox link.
Photo selection & final edits
You’ll pick the photos you want to purchase and send them back to Tanja Mikolcic so she can take care of the final edits. This will happen as soon as possible (up to 7 days)
Additional Payments
Before photos will get delivered remaining payments for additional photos should be sent.
Delivery Edited Photos
Tanja Mikolcic delivers the edited photos in digital form over a dropbox link. They'll get delivered in 2 different qualities without watermarks. HQ (high quality) for printing and web quality for all online uses.
Back up
The original files (RAW photos) of the photo session will be available for 6 months. The edited (purchased) photos will be safe with Tanja Mikolcic and your backup in case you’ll need them again.
