Terms and Conditions Product - Tanja Mikolcic Photography

A 50% deposit is required to confirm any booking of Tanja Mikolcic Photography. Dates will only be secured upon receipt of the deposit.
You may pay deposits via Bank transfer, PayPal (+5% fees) or in Cash (if applicable).
Balance is due the day of the session.
All prices listed on any of my marketing materials or my website include 21% IVA tax issued by law in Spain.
Prices are not final and are subject to change.
Prices do not include prints. I will send all files digitally.
Payments in USD or any other currency according to the current exchange rate. (Please check Google.)
No images will be released until final balance is paid in full.

After the session, I will prepare the photos for you to make your selection. The photos are not edited in detail yet. This will usually take 2-3 days. I will inform you before, if it will take longer.
After you selected the photos you want to purchase I will edit all details. This will take another 2-3 days.
Photos will get delivered over a dropbox link. The downloadable link has an expiry date of 14 days. If you need more time, please advise me.

Tanja Mikolcic Photography is a one-woman show. I do everything by myself. I am responding to your emails, taking the photos, traveling, and editing, all while doing it with a quick turnaround time.
I can communicate with you in German (my origin), English (preferred) and Spanish (I might not understand every word).
I am equipped with all the professional equipment required to complete any of my services.
I am located in Málaga, Spain. I am a passionate traveller and I am available from March to October all over Spain.From November to February I’m available all over Costa Rica, Panama (Bocas del Toro), Mexico (Mexico City, Playa del Carmen), Guatemala (Guatemala City, Antigua, Lake Atitlan) and I’m all year available for worldwide bookings.

Contact me within 48 hours of paying your deposit for your photography session for a full refund of your deposit.
After 48 hours there is no deposit refund since I am reserving the date and time for you and blocking my calendar, booking Airbnbs and travel tickets…
Rescheduling may apply. Contact me.
No shows will result in deposit loss, and if you wish to reschedule you will need to repay the original deposit.
Understand that there are processing fees for every transaction that you forfeit when you request a refund.

Tanja Mikolcic Photography is the exclusive copyright holder of the image.
Tanja Mikolcic Photography may use any photos for inclusion in an online portfolio, website, or other advertising.

Client may use the images & video provided to market and advertise their brand and products in any print or digital medium.
Tanja Mikolcic Photography must be made aware, credited, and compensated for any printed or digital publication/use where photos are not being used for the direct marketing of the sale of the product.
Clients may not sell, transfer, or gift any images for any reason to any third party. Image licenses are non-transferable. Tanja Mikolcic Photography reserves the right to re-license the photos. License is non-exclusive to Client. Photographer/videographer retains image/video copyright.
Once photos have been delivered, the client may not make any digital alterations, editing, or “photoshopping” to the photos unless to crop the images. If there is an issue or concern with editing or photos please contact Tanja Mikolcic Photography, but do not make alterations as this is a violation of copyright.
Tanja Mikolcic Photography retains all rights to every photo and therefore these shots are stock images.

As long as it is not raining, I will still shoot!
If it has been raining and I don’t think the shots will turn out well, we can figure out, if there is another opportunity to shoot the products.
Client must call one (1) hour ahead to discuss current weather conditions and if negative weather could impact the photoshoot they may reschedule.
In the case the photographer needs to return in order to finish the assignment, the client will be responsible for the additional expense.
The weather policy does not cover rescheduling or cancelling under 24 hours due to cloudy weather or lack of sun (rain must be present in order for the fee to be waived).

Tanja Mikolcic Photography will make every effort to ensure the final images are of high quality and represent the property in the best way. Sometimes however, a client may feel these images do not meet those expectations. In this case, Tanja Mikolcic Photography will work closely with the agent/homeowner to correct the issue and photos.
A reasonable amount of re-editing will be performed at no additional cost. Everyone has a different idea of their “best photo” but prior to hiring Tanja Mikolcic Photography, please carefully review the portfolio on www.instagram.com/tanja.mikolcic as there will be no refunds issued to clients who are not happy with the “style” of photography. “Style” refers to image angles, color, and any other visual aspect of the photo.

Due to the unique and custom nature of the service and products offered, no refunds are available once images have been approved and delivered.

I will never sell your information to any third party, or give it away for that matter. The only information stored is your name and contact information.

 In the case that I feel unsafe or threatened in any way while on-site, I have the right to leave the scene immediately regardless of progress. An on-spot cancellation fee may apply to the client’s account and I reserve the right to deny rescheduling.
